Over on our Substack, we are interviewing the coolest women we know about their wellness routines!
I love talking to my friends and our patients about their routines. I find it genuinely fascinating what people do to feel their best… probably because I’m on a constant journey to feel my best. Because of this, I asked some of our favorite people to give us an entire look at their routine! We wanted to dig deep into people’s entire modern wellness stacks to see what they take, inject, eat, do, book, put on their face, and actually swear by! We are chatting everything from GLP-1s to supplements to workouts to smoothies to skincare to facials and devices and all weird habits in-between. I hope as this series unfolds, you’ll find things that you love and end up swearing by too!

Daily:
I start off every morning with water first thing. Next up, I’ll do a scoop of Perfect Amino (chocolate is my favorite at the moment) and a scoop of BodyHealth Creatine in a blender bottle and drink that while I make breakfast for myself and the kids and my coffee. My breakfast is usually a hard boiled egg and a yogurt. I love blending my coffee in my vitamix with the BulletProof Collagen Peptides (other collagen makes me a little nauseous). Nothing hits like a hot, frothy coffee!
I take a multi-complete vitamin, along with Omega 3, D3+MK7, L-Glutathione, and my Gruns.
I always try to get at least one Tracy Anderson class in and mornings are my favorite time to work out! If I can’t make a morning class, I’ll do a double with the 5:30 and 6:30PM evening classes. I don’t love working out at the end of the day, but I love that I can do a Bands class or MyMode at those times. I’m also loving Tracy’s newer class- Growth Rings- which incorporates the heavier weights. I see immediate muscle definition if I go to a Growth Rings or Bands class at least 2 times in a week- it’s a real game changer!
Skincare favorites that I use daily: I always start out with washing my face with Pietro Simone’s Compulsory Cleanser, if I am working from home that morning, I do see a huge difference when I consistently do my at home micro-current with my Theraface pro and I always get in at least one red light mask session. During the day, I will wear Pietro Simone’s fierce oil under my moisturizer or my Chanel Les Beiges Water Tint Foundation (I am absolutely obsessed with this foundation!). I always wear my Chanel UV Essential sunscreen everyday without fail. I think having a sunscreen that I love motivates me to wear it and re-apply.

Weekly:
I take my Tirzepatide on Sunday nights -- it’s like a ritual for me when I take it after I put the kids to bed and have taken my shower and am in my pjs. This program with Dr. Blum has changed my life.
My skin is prone to congestion, so I try to do the Biologique Recherche Mask Vivant one or two times a week. I’m always cold, so I try to take a hot bath or jump in my infrared sauna 2 or 3 times a week. I’ve gotten really into lymphatic drainage massages. I go to The Body Lab in Brooklyn once a week or every other week. Pietra, who is an absolute sculpting master also turned me on to an LED belt to tighten my skin on my stomach (I’ve had two kids after all). I try to wear the belt at least 3 times a week.

Monthly:
I see Maria at Pietro Simone in the West Village at least once a month. We’ll alternate between a laser treatment and micro-needling with exosomes. I am obsessed with both, but I LOVE the results I see with the exosomes!
Once a month, I HAVE to have a burger. I was a vegetarian for 20 years and I was so anemic, and I swear when I have my monthly burger, I feel like I just had a vitamin shot. My absolute favorite burger is Red Hook Tavern in Brooklyn. Honorable mention goes to Fanelli’s in Soho.

Quarterly:
I am a firm believer in the power of a good haircut! I see Koji for my haircuts at Rob Peetoom in Williamsburg and Hitomi at Rob Peetoom for my color. I’m a true loyalist when it comes to my hair color and Hitomi is one of the best in the city!
I just had the best massage of my life (not exaggerating!) a few weeks ago and I will never not see Cameron at least once a quarter now. He goes between Water Lounge in FiDi and SAA in Bushwick
Some of my go-to meals and snacks that I always go back to is Epic Chicken Bone Broth, Sushi from Temakase in Brooklyn, Edamame (I make this at home all the time for me and the kids), the Tuna Nicoise salad at Pastis, or just a great chicken caesar salad. At home, I’m always focused on hitting my protein, so in addition to my eggs, yogurt, and bone broth, I’ll try to get creative with roasted chicken and I love fish!
My self care habit that I won’t give up is Tracy Anderson. I started doing Tracy after I had my youngest daughter almost 8 years ago. I had horrible post-partum anxiety and sweating it out at Tracy was honestly the only thing that helped. I can feel it in my body and my mind if I’m not going consistently. I’m a member at the Tribeca location and it’s absolutely worth every penny!
When I’m feeling stressed, I’ll try to do a spa day of some sort. I’m a member at SAA in Brooklyn and they have the best spa facilities- saunas, steam room, hot tub with the best view, and a cold plunge. I like to get away there and actually enjoy the spa when I can.
